My little chef

I bought my little guy a play kitchen before he was walking. Until recently, he didn't pay much attention to it, although he would pretend to drink the milk out of the carton and put it back in the fridge.

Then I got him a wooden stand mixer at Goodwill. I had it on my craft table to paint it blue, but then I saw this:

Pink is just a shade of red.

Since getting the stand mixer, he's loved the kitchen set up! He'll mix (I'm guessing cookies) in his bowl, then try to put it in the tiny oven, all the while singing "yum!" I can't wait to make some felt food to keep the fun going, but that's far down my crafts "to do" list.
